CrossFit - CF OL1

CrossFit Kids

CPR / AED

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) certification equips individuals with lifesaving skills in emergency situations. Participants learn how to perform CPR, which involves chest compressions and rescue breaths to maintain blood circulation and oxygenation in someone experiencing cardiac arrest. Additionally, they're trained to use an AED, a device that delivers an electric shock to the heart to restore normal rhythm.

Ante and PostNatal training refers to exercise programs specifically designed for women during and after pregnancy. Antenatal training focuses on safe and effective exercises tailored to the changing needs of pregnant women, helping them maintain strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while reducing the risk of complications during pregnancy and childbirth. Postnatal training, on the other hand, is aimed at helping women recover from childbirth, regain strength in their core and pelvic floor muscles, and address any postpartum issues such as diastasis recti or pelvic organ prolapse.
